Our brandies are always manufactured based on the following key steps:

CAREFULL SELECTION OF RAW MATERIAL

The first step is always the selection of fruit. We carefully pick only undamaged and technologically mature fruits for our brandies.

ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION

Alcoholic fermentation of picked fruit is made in strictly controlled conditions..

THE DISTILLATION PROCESS

Immediately after the fermentation process, we proceed to the distillation of the overheated fruit distillate. The distillation is made in Charentais-type still with pauses in process.

SECOND DISTILLATION PROCESS (REDISTILLATION)

The second distillation is performed by application of fractionate distillation process. It allows us to keep the best quality distillate for our brandies.

MATURING AND AGING OF OUR BRANDIES

Our goal is to make a harmonious, soft and delicious brandy with an exquisite bouquet.

That is why we make our brandies age in oak barrels or neutral tanks, depending on whether we want to obtain a rich coloured brandy or a white one.
